Annual Pass Restaurant Discount

It says on DLRP we get 10% off ALL Disneyland Restaurant food.


Can anyone clarify exactly what this means. I understand it wont cover planet Hollywood or mcdonalds etc as they aren't technically Disney.

But does it include just restaurants such as Café Mickey etc where you sit down for a meal or does it cover lunch time snack places such as Caseys Corner, Chalet de Marionette etc and other "fast food" places ?

Also, does it cover drinks too ?


Any help much appreciated as always.

It does include fast food places like Casey's, drinks are covered. It doesn't include stalls.

It covers your entire bill, so food + drinks.

Just make sure you wave your AP in front of their nose, some tend to look a bit dead-ish behind their counter (sorry, lol), and you really need to stick it under their nose, it's like sometimes they try not to see the AP.

It's generally worth asking if they do any AP discounts before placing your order - I also got a discount at Earl of Sandwich in the village!

Otherwise definitely mention when buying food (also merchandise) that you have an AP (as moorhunhe says)...

You can use it in planet Hollywood.

I've used it in pretty much every restaurant and fast food place there.

It certainly covers food and soft drinks, I don't know if it can be used for alcohol.

Don't forget, if you have a Dream AP, you get a free non alcoholic cocktail type drink in table service restaurants (or orange juice in sit down buffets like Cape Cod) if you show your pass when ordering. Walts do an amazing size cocktail style drink which is gorgeous! We felt quite loved when we got ours

Mmmm yes! I've only used this at Walt's but the free drink they do there with the Dream AP is very nice indeed!

Ooooooh free drinks ? Me, wifey and 2 kids all have dream passes. We already get 20% off in planet hollywood with the guide book but just wondering if we could get a free drink each with the annual passes there ? What do you reckon folks ? We love planet hollywood and will probably eat their each night.... maybe annettes once too.
