Annual pass renewal?

my son's annual pass expires tomorrow. He has a platinum plus pass with the deal that was going on this year, I thought we could renew him at the gold pass renewal rate but there doesn’t seem to be an option for that online. Any ideas?

I was able to renew mine and downgrade but needed to call MS.

You have to call if you're changing the type of pass.

Also, make sure you can see the tab for DVC members on the annual pass page. You may have to log in again to see it. That should give you the options, but if not, you can call.

Yes you have up to 1 month after it expires to renew. Keep in mind a renewal AP keeps the same Expiration date (regardless of if you renew 2 months before it expires or 1 month after). So if you are trying to renew a month late in an attempt to extend the end date of the AP that won’t happen.

Yes. I tried to do this on July 1 for my mom's AP. However, when I called Member Services, the rep told me he would suggest waiting because they believe a promotion might come out by the second week of July or so. He said if it hasn't happened by the end of July then to call and renew it because it probably won't happen after that.
