Ok, I know you can upgrade park hoppers to annual passes. Here's my question: can I do something similar with AP renewal? Circumstances will have hubby and I with 5 day PHs in February, even though we don't need them. We will be within our renewal window, can we just pay the difference and "upgrade"?

Yep, I've also done it many times. Will be upgrading again in October.

Can those tickets be bridged too? Or do you just get the value you paid towards the AP renewal?

I know that WDW does price bridge. I was just wondering if it would be possible to price bridge to an active AP?

How would this work? I have bridged a ticket to an AP but never while I had an active AP. For example, if I got to WDW on 11/5 but my AP doesn't expire until 11/20. Would I use my 5 day ticket that I have to enter the park instead of my AP and then ask to renew my AP once I have used the 5 day? Should I link the 5 day to my MB first? Then I wouldn't even know if it was being used or my AP.
