Good morning!
Yesterday I finally renewed our annual passes (we had purchased during the "sale" last year) I downgraded our passes to just the theme parks.
What I didn't realize was the fact that our passes now hold the anniversary date of first purchase (11/24).
We typically like to visit 1 time in the Spring and then the week immediately after Thanksgiving. Now having that expiration date has forced me to make our Fall plans a week earlier.
The CM I had on the phone told me in order to get a different expiration date I would have to pay for a new pass.
Does anyone know if this is actually the case or should I call again?
Or is there a way to extend the "anniversary" date?
Thanks in advance. And Merry Christmas!!!
