Annual Pass refund?

My family purchased annual passes a few months ago, as we wanted to go 2-3 times in the next year (starting next month), but have recently thought about just going the one time in November and then again in a few years. Therefore, we would only need regular tickets for now. Is it possible to get refunds on the annual passes if we haven't used them yet? Thank you.

I don't think you can get refunds, but you can save them for your trip in a few years if you have not yet activated them (as in, you bought the exchange vouchers and not live annual passes).

If you have yet to activate your passes, and they are just vouchers, you may save them until I believe 2030 and activate your year to start then. You won't get your money back for the passes, but you will get more use out of the annuals if you plan to go more next year rather than this. I also agree that you could call, you never know til you ask.

I totally doubt they will refund your passes just because you changed your mind on how much you want to visit, but if you save the passes they will be good until a year from the date you actually activate them (not the date you bought them).

We bought an AP for our older son. Our plans to go with other families fell through and he just went with us one trip. We had not activated the AP and they let us trade it in. We bought him the special DVC 4 day ticket offered last year and also got ones for our daughter and her DH. They applied the full cost we paid for the AP and we paid the difference in price.
This was December 2014. There was no problem applying it to a more expensive purchase--they would not refund though.
Maybe trade your APs towards park hoppers for your trip and with the leftover credit buy one or two or however many for your future trip.
Or keep as APs and use in a few years. You will be glad you have them when prices continue to climb.
