Annual pass redemption at MK

We purchased annual passes online and are staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. We get in late on Saturday and plan to hit rope drop at MK on Sunday.

Resort bus heads to the park entrance, can we redeem our passes there or do we have to head over to the ticket and transportation center?
