Annual pass rates

Are annual pass rates out for June 2004? Do they really make a difference in room prices like they do for Disney World in Florida? Do they offer Annual pass discounts on suites?

The annual pass rates can indeed make a big difference like they do in Florida. Another plus to the Disneyland AP is you get a lot more discounts than you do in Florida. I have a premium AP and I get 10% off merchandise at most shops in the parks, I get 10% - 15% off at most restaurants in the parks too. Most of the businesses in Downtown disney give discounts too. Check the Disney website for the specifics on what discounts are offered to what level of annual pass.
When I got my AP to WDW, I was shocked at the lack of discounts but, it all makes a lot of business sense for them to do that.
