Annual Pass Rates for July in 2003?

When did the AP rates for July 5 and forward come out in 2003 (and 2002 if greatly different)?

According to the history on Mousesavers it is sometime around the 1st week in May. I too am looking for those dates. I am so jealous of the people getting the great rates now with the disney visa code that ends on July 4. Keep everyon posted if you hear anything.
