Annual Pass Questions

We're thinking of getting annual passes and making two trips in one year. Probably going to get the one with black out dates for most members of our family and get the Preferred for one member so we have parking, discounts, etc. Now we just have to figure out who to give the Preferred to. I'm thinking of giving it to our son so that either my husband or I can take him for a couple hours if we wanted to and the parking would be covered. My concern is if it's in my teenager's name will we have problems getting the discounts. Basically does the name on the credit card have to match the name on the pass to get the discount? If my son is standing there when I'm purchasing something is that good enough?

Generally, whoever is paying needs to match the pass. Ultimately, it will depend on the cast member, but I've even been asked for Id to match with my pass & form of payment.

If you plan on being with him then I would put the preferred pass in my name and the power pass in the kids.

Now we have the AP but my mom will pick up dinner and they have never said one thing at any of the restaurants that we used it at.

I went ahead and ordered it in DH name. I had visions of DH and I switching back and forth who got to go back to the park in the evening with older son and who stayed at condo with MIL and younger son, so I thought if parking and discount in son's name... Oh well, DH will be thrilled at the extra park time. :)
