Annual Pass Question

A while back I heard from a DVC castmember that the AP was actually good for 15 months after the first use. Is this true? Our next 2 trips will be about 14 months apart. It would be a lot cheaper to buy the AP with our DVC discount than to buy tickets separately for each trip.

Not true. About a year (or more ago) Disney was offering a 15 month renewal but that has long since expired.
