If I buy AP's on the monthly payment plan, after the first year does it convert to a monthly plan? Or if I don't cancel am I locked into a full second year or can I cancel at like the 15 month mark?

I am a Fl resident if that matters.

I believe you can cancel the second year at anytime. If you choose the flex pay you don't get the FL discount either. Also the second years payment will almost double due to the downpayment being in the monthly payment.

When I called about the flex pay I was told it's to make it more affordable for everyone, but in the long run it cost more.

Ok I found the "month to month" after the first year.

But it says "In order to cancel the automatic renewal you must submit written notification 30 days prior to the end of your contract. If you do not, we will continue your membership by charging the card you provided on a month to month basis. "

So am I correct in saying I can cancel 30 days prior to the end of the contract OR any time after that with 30 days written notice?

I am also confused by what you said about loosing the FL resident discount. I see 8.XX for the power pass and 11.XX for the Preferred. At the top it says "Florida Resident". Is that not correct?

You are right about the FL resident rate.

I think no matter when you cancel your have to give them 30 days notice. If it's within the first year you will have to pay the remainder balance. After the 1 st year it's just canceled. Some people do the flex pay and cancel by the end of the year to get the discount on the renewal. But then you will have to pay that up front at that time.:thumbsup2

I choose not to do it because it seems like a hassle.
