Well - I was at the DisneyStore yesterday, enjoying the 75% off on various items and decided to be proactive and purchase our Annual Pass vouchers for the next trip. The CM checked the book and came out with a price of $505 for an adult Annual Pass (not premium). I called back later to confirm (I figured the CM may not have been checking the correct pricing) and they told me the same price again. When I go on-line to disney.com, there is a price of $369 for an adult Annual Pass - my question is, is TDS just more expensive, or is my TDS just crazy? :p

The price is the same everywhere, I think your TDS was not looking at the prices correctly. A premium is $497 including tax, so even if they were looking at premium it wasn't right. You can call 407-W-DISNEY and order them over the phone, there is a $3 shipping/handling fee added.

You may want to look at joining Disney Club - you save $15.90 per adult AP. If you buy 2, it almost pays for itself ($39.99) and you get the other perks (including 10% off at the Disney Store).

I am trying to remember what we paid for AP's. I have belonged to the DC almost two years since it began and have saved a bundle.
Seems like we paid $354 each for our AP's (in December '01). This is for just AP's, not PAP.
We activated them in the park early January.
And that price was at the DS in Omaha.

Disnee Dad Says............................Your TDS is crazy, I can't figure where that price came from. We bought 3 Ap's last November, and the 354 price for the plain annual pass posted earlier, is either exact or within a few dollars.

I'm confident the CM was looking at the wrong pricing - though I'm also confident that I'll now join the DC before getting my APs. Thanks guys for confirming the uniformity of pricing throughout the Disney system (was a bit worried that TDS was marking up).

I called CRO today to order two AP's. The price with the Disney Club Discount was 354.04 per adult AP. However, this was for the AP without admission to any of the water parks or Pleasure Island. We will not be going to the water parks or PI so it was cheaper for us to purchase the Regular AP's. If you have enough time before your vacation and have the disney club card, I would order the ap thru Disney since your are having trouble with your Disney Store.

The difference is probably local and state taxes. The DS has a bar chart to scan for the prices, so they should be correct unless they scan the wrong type pass.

I'm looking at a list that I have that shows ticket prices with and without DC discount and with 6% tax included. Here's what I've got:

Adult AP without discount: $369.94
Adult AP with DC discount: $354.04

Adult PAP without discount: $497.17
Adult PAP with DC discount: $475.97

This info came from www.wdwig.com.

What's the tax rate in Nebraska? As I said, the above prices include 6% sales tax.

I'd go back to the store with a listing of prices from the disney web site.

I thought I read somewhere that you pay FL sales tax only on tickets (6%). Our tickets in St. Louis were exactly what wdwig said they would be.
