Annual pass plus ticket discount

We were to WDW last August and had to get the one day pass. We are members of DVC and want to get the AP this year. Will I be able to get the DVC discount and the credit from that one day pass? I hope so. TIA.

Absolutely! We did the same thing in 2005. In 8/2005 we had free dining at CSR and bought 1-day passes. In 12/2005 renewed our DVC APs at MGM and applied the value of the passes to the AP. The downside is that you must do it in person.

Yes, I did it in February. You just show your DVC card, and hand them your unused ticket. They start with the one day card and upgrade it to the DVC AP. It did take my CM a few tries, and she had to get help, but it's do-able.
