Annual Pass Help!!

Hiya

I am wanting to get into the annual pass part of the disney site, I have the vouchers to turn into passes when I get to disney, I dont seem to be able to get the numbers into the right order can anyone help me

I've tried getting in with the AP voucher; without much success I don't think the number on the vouchers is a valid AP number (it's the same number on all our vouchers).

Ditto. I have tried so many times, with no success.
