Annual Pass HELP!

Hello,
just purchased the Disney's PAP for our upcoming trip. My questions is how late are the Guest Relation's windows open? Our flight changed and we are going to be arriving in Disney the night of May 23rd, which is the 24 hour event in Magic Kingdom....We were thinking of going to the park really late at night would be really cool, but would we be able to get our Annual passes then or will all the Will Call windows will be closed that late? I just could not find hours of operation anywhere!

The Guest Relations at DTD is open until around 11:00 or 11:30 PM.

At the Theme Parks, if the park is open, there will be a Guest Relations window open.

Remember everyone in your party who is getting an AP and is over 18 must have photo ID. This year when we picked up our AP, the couple in front of us, the lady forgot to bring her ID. I had to sit there 10 minutes while she argued with the CM "that she would have to go all the way back to the hotel";which she eventually did.
