Annual Pass for College student

I have a question. We reside in Oregon but my daughter is going to college in Laguna Beach. She is a fulltime student and will be living there from August through May. If I use her Laguna dorm address can she purchase the monthly payment plan for the deluxe annual pass? It is so much easier to spread out the payments then pay upfront. I called a Disneyland agent and she said I needed to change her credit card or debit card to Laguna beach address then it would work. Does this sound right or have any of you tried doing this?

The zip code on the credit card needs to be a CA zip, and she will be fine.

Yes. I'm a student at USC in LA and several of my friends have done this. Actually I think some of them just got away with saying that they were a student at a Southern California school...not sure about changing the address on their credit card.

My friend was doing this when we would take her, we told her to just give our zip code she would be "living" at. One CM let it go and the 2nd one, said she would let it go this one time and the next time she needed to show proof. So I guess it all depends on the CM working the booth.

So probably would be a good idea for my daughter to bring her LCAD ID card with her each time too. Thanks so much!
