Hello,

I am planning on going back to DLP in October with my 5 year old. Since it will just be us on this trip we will stay onsite. When we go next month I am purchasing a Annual Pass just for me (as my son is under 7 he should get one free).

I have just been looking at pricing for October and everything is a package (room and tickets). We won't need tickets just the room. Is it possible to just book a room. If not, how does a annual passport discount apply to packages? So....:confused3.

Thanks!

When you have your AP, you will be able to phone and book room only. But you need your pass before you can do that, they will ask you for the number.

Thats right,

Once you have your annual pass serial number, you can phone the Disney booking phone number and get quotes for room only with your annual pass (up to 30% discount with Dream pass, up to 10% with Fantasy pass).

You can book 2 rooms, but no more than that, with one pass.

I didn't realise you could book 2 rooms - is that 2 for yourself, or can you make a booking for someone else?

The booking for both rooms would be in the name of the annual pass holder, but you don't all have to have the same surname (they ask when you are booking the names of the occupants of the rooms).

I'm crunching the numbers just now for our trip in October - my sister and her kids may be cheaper with a room booked on my Dream Pass and then getting hopper tickets (I'll be booking room only for me and DD too, as we have passes).

So theoretically could you book for someone else - ie not go at all yourself?

Yes, I guess you could - don't know how that would work at check-in though, as the person who made the booking isn't there to check in?
