Annual Pass Discount for March

Is it too early to call WDW to ask about AP discounts for March 2004?

Definately. The only AP discounts out now run through 12/25 of this year. The next round, if they will be released, will be from the beginning of Jan to the middle of February. I wouldn't expect AP discounts for March, if they will be any, to be released until sometime late January.
