Annual pass discount and late arrival?

Hello: We won't be arriving until 11:30 pm and we are getting the annual passholders rate at Pop Century. We will not have the passes until the next day because nothing is open. Will we have a problem at check-in? Thanks

I was told I needed the pass to check in. That being said, I was never once asked to show my pass.

If it was an issue, you might be able to pick it up at DTD.

Why don't you order the AP's before you go. You can get them on line or at a DS if there's one near you.

They don't go into effect until you have them activated at the park.

We also got in around 11:30pm this January and were never asked for our AP. We only stayed 1 night and in the morning we moved to the Poly., at the Poly.,again no one asked for our AP.

I recommend ordering the passes ahead of time. They send you these little green plastic cards that are the vouchers you exchange for your AP. You could probably use them to prove that you have paid for an AP.

I have used the AP rate 5 times in the last year and twice I was asked to show my annual pass at check-in

Once was at the Poly by a trainee and and the other was at All Star - Music. So in my experience you have a 40% chance of being asked to show your pass.

Also you don't get the actual AP if you purchase at a Disney Store you only get a voucher.

This is the first year we have purchased the AP's as well. We will be staying also at POP. We have the green vouchers and will-I guess- get the originals when we get there. Someone stated that it was more like a photo id card. Not sure. What AP rate did you get for POP and when are you going? Let me know!

I was worried about checking in with a voucher last week at POP but no one even asked for it. When I checked in to AKL several months back, no one asked for it either until I mentioned if they would like to see my AP. She said "sure. if you have it handy"

You won't have a problem.

I have checked in on an AP discount before having my AP in hand before (at the Poly). The front desk checked me in, and just asked me to stop by with the pass at my convenience anytime in the following days...
