Any ideal when the April annual pass discounts will come out

SInce that's spring break period there may be a lot fewer discounts.. they aren't guaranteed and it seems to be Disney is really trying to cut back on them.

I looked on the crowd levels on one of the websites and it shows the crowd level to be high in march due to Easter being in march this yr. April was low to moderate.
