If you have an annual pass card and not a magicband do they scan the card like they have been doing with the magicband or do they just look at the card with an accompanying photo ID when at the parking booths to get in to park?

It'll depend on the CM at the parking window. I always have my band on but show my card instead because it's quicker.
9 times out of 10 they'll just see the card and let you through. I hold my card so it shows my ID on top with my card turned backwards with my name written on the back sticking out from the bottom of my license. They usually see both and wave me through. Every once in awhile they'll take the AP card and scan it.
I've had them scan my MB, I've had them look at my AP Card and my license, and I've had them just look at my MB, see the slider and wave me thru. It depends on the CM.
I just stick out my arm with my magic band, sometimes they scan it other times they just wave you through.Sometimes when they scan it they'll ask for your last name.
