Annual members meeting in early Dec.-When?

Does anyone know exactly when in early December the annual DVC meeting is? I never paid much attention since I'm a teacher, vacation doesn't start til the 20th so I usually can't go. However, we just got next year's calendar, and Christmas vacation starts December 12! I'm so psyched! Even if this is too late for the DVC meeting, has anyone gone in mid-December? How hard is it to get ressies? What can you tell me about weather, crowds, park hours, etc. in mid-December?

It's usually the last week of Nov or first week of Dec. I know Boardwalk's is usually the first Thursday of December.

We've gone the first or second week of December the past 5 years, the last 3 at BWV. It's a great time to go! The Christmas decorations and activities are beautiful! BWV usually fills up quick for those weeks because it's adventure season. I call day by day at 11 months for my standard 1 bedroom. The weather can be variable. We've had low 80's and other times low 60's. Last December was cold on some days but the worst part was hard rain for 2 days. We never had rain before. Crowds are low and hours are a little short. MVMCP causes MK to close early on 4 nights. Epcot actually closes later - 9:30 because of the Candlelight Processional. We love going then!

Last year BCV and VWL meetings were on December 3rd. Parks were beautiful and not too crowded (made reservations at 11 months.)

Don't worry too much if you miss it. Imho you don't miss that much. It is nice to meet some of the DVC management folks. You usually just watch them go through some official motions, then have a short Q and A session. We find the Member Updates a lot more informative. Enjoy your stay in Dec.

We have our ressie @ BWV for 11/29 to 12/6.
This will be our first trip this time of year.
