Annual meeting - what time does it usually begin, and how long does it usually last?

I know this year's Annual DVC Condominium Association meeting will be December 10, and they haven't announced location or time yet. Just wondering what the usual start time is and how long to allow for it - beginning to make ADRs and other plans for our visit that will include attendance at the meeting!

My guess is 2:00 at the Contemporary Conference Center. Also my guess is that it will be short, without a Q&A session, and they will say that they need to vacate the building before 5:00 or earlier.

You do realize this meeting is a "show" and that you won't get anything substantial out of it.. LOL!

Yeah, based on previous years' reports we know that, but this may be our one and only chance to enjoy that show!
