Annual Dues Statement

Did anyone not get theirs yet?? We haven't gotten ours. I checked the website and it is showing a statement date of 12/17/11 and a due date of 1/15/12. Well that is 12 days away (as of tomorrow).

I plan on calling MS tomorrow to see when they were mailed out. I dont' remember them being this late.

It's actually Member Accounting you should talk to, not Member Services. Same phone number, different menu option.

Thank you! I now remember there being an option for accounting. It's on the to do list once I get all the DC off to school and I sit for a few minutes in peace and quite!!

We also have not received ours and have usually received ours the week between Christmas and New Year's.

they do give you an extra month "grace period" IIRC.

I haven't received mine either. In past years, I always got it in December. I actually called Member Accounting a couple of weeks ago and they said they were in the process of sending. Well, they must still be just in the process of sending.

I went ahead and paid mine online after reviewing the online statement.

I did call Accounting this morning. He said they were mailed out last week.

less than 10 mins later the mail carrier delivered ours.

We just got ours. We were away, and got back on Saturday. Our mail was SUPPOSED to be delivered on Sat., but we didn't get it til today.

Personally, I think the Post Office has messed up a lot lately. Throw in a weekend holiday, making the legal holiday a Monday, and you've got DELAYED MAIL.

Try signing out and signing in again. That was happening to me yesterday.

And if you can't figure out which Disney related website you may still be logged on to, clear your browsers cache and delete all cookies.

Each day after I enter that contest, I go directly to disneyworld.com and log off.
