Annual Dues past due question

I know the due date is 1/15 and on my statement it says payment past due after 2/15. We had an extremely large unexpected Vet bill for a tumor to be removed on our Newfoundland Puppy this past Tuesday. My question is, I have a stay booked at the Poly 1/29 - 1/31. If absolutely needed I can pay the dues this coming Thursday, however it would make things fairly tight for the next two weeks. I was wondering If I would be able to pay it on 2/04 and still be able to stay at the Poly with no hiccups at check-in time? If I called member services on Tuesday would they allow me to set up direct debit monthly enrollment then to cover us for the stay? Thanks for any help or information.

You'll have no issue with the reservation. I pay in Feb and have had stays in late January prior to paying.

In past years, I have always tried to pay my dues as close to Feb 15 as possible and we have always visited a few weeks before that date with no issues. This year however we paid earlier because of our constantly dropping Canadian dollar.

You could convert to monthly payments and take some of the pressure off.

We always pay our dues with our tax refund but have monthly payments set up anyway..that way if my refund is late they will just pull a payment in Feb. Then I pay off the balance. It doesn't cost anything to do the payments...just provides a cushion. Especially if there is a year I can't pay in a lump sum
