Thanks for the info....great post. If you have time, I would love to see an average at the bottom of the spreadsheet for all the individual resorts over their lifespan. It would give a good indication of what to expect going forward. Thanks for all the info.

Average added, but take it going forward for what it is, just an average of a short sample.

OKW has the most history 16 years about a 1/3 of the 50 year contract data, SSR has the least 3 years or a little more than 1/20 of the 50 year contract data.

If I were going to use this going forward, I would estimate higher than these averages just to be conservative.
