Annual Dues Help....

My husband and I recently bought DVC, under the terms the seller paid 2013 dues. As I understood it Dues are out now for 2014 and they're due by Jan 15th. When I login into my account it says that the dues balance is $0. Shouldn't I need to pay for 2014 dues or have I gotten the cycle wrong? TIA!!!

Annual Dues for 2014 will not be official until the Annual Condo meeting in December. They will be posted on the member website (and mailed) after the meeting.

The dues amounts were made known last week (or maybe 2 weeks ago).

But the actual bills haven't come yet.

BTW, have you looked into paying monthly? You have to let them suck it out of your bank account (can't use a credit card) but for some people it makes sense to spread the payments rather than giving DVC all the money up front.

Last year was the first for paying dues to DVC, and I had it set up to pay monthly. Is this something you need to set up each year by calling Accounting or does it continue until you stop it?

They are probably in the process of loading dues for upcoming year.

Member Accounting will be closed for training:

Yeah. It said I need to call them and won't let me even look at booking. My new contract said no dues till 2014. Can't wait to get this figured out :0/
