Annoying Pool Bugs!

We have had our pool for about 3 days now. Yesterday and today I have found these blackish bugs. they swim and fly. We have an above ground pool and I have been trying to scoop them out with the net. we live in the woods and have many bugs out here. We put in the chlorine stuff (not sure what it's called) and had the filter run yesterday, but they are still here. They were not as bad this morning.
What are they/how do I get rid of them?!

you could pour acid onto them, but then don't invite me to your pool.

Pool bugs are inevitable.
You just need to skim it with the net before you go in.
