Annoyed With My Tastefully Simple Rep.

I had gone to a holiday bazzar that my co-op was hosting back in the beginning of Dec. and had ordered two items from Tastefully Simple. The rep. had said that I should recived them sometime at the end of December.

Well December comes and goes, and now it is January 8th so I call the rep. up this afternoon.

Me: "Hi this is Red..."
Rep: "Oh, I am so sorry. I have been meaning to get you your order."
Me: "Oh good."
Rep: "l've had it at my door for awhile now and have been meaning to get it to you, but I just have not gotten around to it. Do you still want it or do you want your money back?"
Me: "No, I still want my order [thinking that it is going to be more trouble for her to refund my cc rather than just getting my order from her.]"
Rep: "Okay good. I'll bring it by tonight."
Me: "Umm do you know what time you'll be by [I go to the gym at night]?"
Rep" "Ummm maybe around 5:15"
Me: "Okay, fine. Whatever. See you then."

Okay, first off I am annoyed that I have not gotten the stuff that I have paid for. And secondly I am annoyed that she admitted that she was being lazy and not walking me order from her apt. to mine (she only lives a five minute walk from me).

I should have canceled and demanded that she just give me cash for my order, but I do still want the stuff. However, I will never order from her again. Grrr.:mad: However I should be thankful that a delayed order from Tastefully Simple is my biggest concern.:rolleyes:
 
Having been a TS consultant I would say she just majorly shot herself in the foot. How stupid. When I was preg with DS and had to go on limited activity I kept making money through reorders alone. Think about it, people eat the food. When it is gone they want more. That woman blew it and I would be irritated too. I can't believe you were so patient to wait this long!

BTW, if she does not bring it tonight, you can call them and complain. (There is an 800 number on their website) They take complaints VERY seriously!
 

I am also a TS consultant, and the fact that you didnt have your products in 7-10 days is just not right. We now have direct shipping right to our clients door, via Fed-Ex. Please let us know if you ever got your products, and just like disneymom3 posted, call the 800 number and let them know.
