Is anyone else having trouble signing in to DVCmember today? It keeps asking me to verify my membership by entering the activation code that I received with my paperwork. That would be 15 years ago. Asked for help signing in, they sent me a code to my email, but it still takes me to the same page. So annoying.
 
I logged in without issues just a few minutes ago. I'm sorry you're having trouble - after 15 years!!!
 

Signed in on my ipad to check availability, but couldn’t toggle between memberships. Was asked to complete a survey and selected YES, but couldn’t even select an Answer for the first question. Either updates are happening on the website or my ipad needs to be rebooted…

Yes, I had the same issue starting a week ago. Tried to solve via chat, said I had to call which I haven't dealt with yet. They did indicate if you have made any changes to your Hulu, Disney+, ESPN or My Disney Experience app profile settings it would require them to relink your DVC information.
 
Still having the same problem today. Chat is a 17 minute wait. I hate calling them, but I guess I'll have to do it. :sad2:
 
I've been on property and it hasn't worked for me since Monday morning (or maybe Sunday night). I'll put my password in and it appears to open for a second and then goes back to the login page. Of course since inventory is non existent we have been in a different resort each night so I can't check in online every day when we move.

Have you tried the usual stuff like trying a different browser, reset cookies and cache and open an incognito browser window?
 
I had no trouble logging on but I’m unable to modify my reservation. I’m just dropping one day. Clicking UPDATE brings me nowhere.

Hmmm...that is weird. I made a lot of changes this morning to rearrange things and it worked okay.

Are you sure you are doing the modification correctly?

Choose view or modify. Then, choose 'modify' across from the room details at top.

Then just go through 'check availability' on the next screen.

Then, do not click 'update'.

Click open the calendar for the resort which should show your whole reservation available.

Select the days you want to keep and continue with the regular booking process. That should get rid of the day you wish to drop, assuming that it is either on the front or the back of your reservation.

You cannot get rid of days in the middle.
 
Maybe a week ago I started needing to sign in under an incognito window. It's my go to when the website stops working. Things kept getting errors until eventually all I could get was the sign in screen and after that it just left me with a white screen and never would load anything at all.

Hulu messes with it, too? Now that makes some sense.

I haven't had issues with dvc, but just before Princess I had to go a few rounds with the rundisney people because they said I had "multiple accounts" and it was messing with my rundisney stuff. Then it happened to my cousin. I think she has D+ and I have Hulu, so that might very well have been the issue.

Not sure why they feel the need to have everything like those link to the back end, or why even rundisney needs to link up.

Anyway, if the issue is still happening try to get someone who can mush all your accounts together if they think that will help.
