anniversary trip just us two

Hi My husband and I r going Aug 10th-17th. First 3 at Royal Plaza last 4 at The Swan. We want to see Seaworld for a day or two, Epcot maybe MGM or Animal Kingdom. Alsp like to enjoy the nightlife at Downtown Dis and Citiwalk shop etc. Which days to go where?( crowdwise that is) and since only going to 2 Disney parks should we purchase them indiv rather than a hopper to save $. Any help wd be appreciated. Lst visit w/ kids in 98 .

Arrive - get lunch at Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney
Shop/Eat dinner in Dowtown Disney
(u don't want to waste a pass to the parks if u get in late)

Wed., 8/11
MAGIC KINGDOM!! YOU MUST GO!!! It's magical!!!
eat dinner at Ohana at the Polynesian Resort (take monorail)
