Has anyone ever done this? What's it like? I read there is a pak of photo's done. Are these free as part of dinner or extra $..??

Any and all info is appreciated and pictures if you have them.

Many thanks,

A lot of people don't like CRT for dinner anymore since the menu change last Feb. Also the price is a little high -- especially if you have little ones.

But DH and I really had a lovely time. We went (just us) in Feb 2006. The photo (one 8"x10") came in a nice portfolio with a picture of the castle on one side and us with Cinderella on the other. (OK the picture was nice but I never really like pictures of myself!). You wait to get the picture taken after check in and before you are taken upstairs to the dining area. This can be a rather lengthy wait so just be aware of that. There is a bathroom in the lobby where you wait. The picture is part of the meal and not an extra cost. You also get a lithograph in a tube. Only problem is you do have to carry these items around with you after you eat!

I loved my meal. The BLT salad was delicious and the pretzel bread was good!!! I had chicken, DH had pork. Very tasty. Dessert was good (not as good as Kona Cafe at Polynesian but still good). There is some character interaction but it is rather quick. The Fairy Godmother appears with the two girl mice (Perla? and Susie) and sing a very generic celebration song and make the rounds very very quickly - have camera ready fast!

I would go again, we had that much fun. Beautiful room and we (as a couple) were on the outer edge looking over the little Cinderella fountain.

Others have had other magical celebration moments there. We are a rather low-key couple but we enjoyed excellent service and a good meal. You will be surrounded by a lot of people but I didn't feel intruded upon.

We went in Feb as well for our 30th anniversary. I had it noted on our ADR and also at check in I mentioned it. This was our actual date and I wanted to let everyone know. I told Cindy as well and she clapped her hands and told us congratulations, we had a nice table for 2, by a window which overlooked the Carosel and it was decorated with streamers and confetti. Our server told us congratulations and then after we ordered our meal, she brought us wine glasses which have CRT engraved on them, as well as a magic moment certificate with Cindy's autograph and Belle as she happened to be in the castle at the time. The food was excellent and we will do it again. We felt it was worth the 2 TS. The fairygodmother and the mice we nice and we did not feel as rushed as we did for breakfast time last Sept. I highly recommend it, their is not a more special place than Cindy's castle to spend with your DH or DW for that special time. Here are some pics.

Thank you both so much for responding. And thanks bunches for the pictures!
I am so excited now about this dinner. This will be our last night at Disney, and a nice touch of magic before we head back home.

Blessings,
Winnie
