Anna & Elsa M&G - latest procedures ?

Co-worker goig to WDW in March 2015 and looking for helpful hints on getting a meet and greet with Anna and Elsa - can anyone direct me to another thread or fill me in on the latest hints, procedures, etc. ?

If at all possible, I would highly recommend that your coworker trying to get a FP+ to see them.

How many days is the trip? Are they staying on site at Disney? If it remains as popular as it is right now best bet is to be staying on property for at least 3-4 days and try to get a fastpass for the last day of the trip at midnight 60 days from arrival day when the fastpass window opens!

We are staying 8 days and at 60 days out at midnight I was able to get a fastpass for our last day. I checked for our second day and there were already none left...by morning when I checked again, there were none left for the last day of our trip either!

They are staying offsite and planning on 2 days in the parks. If FP is the way to go, is it rush into park and get a paper FP or is it eligible for FP+ ? I haven't been to the parks in 2+ years and not familiar with FP+ or magicbands yet.

Paper FP no longer exists. It is FP+ or wait standby.

If they have their MDE account set-up and have tickets linked to their account(s), offsite guests (anyone basically) can register for FP+ 30-days in advance. The only issue that your co-worker will be facing is that onsite guests have access to FP+ at the 60-day mark, so the most popular FP+s (e.g., 7DMT, A&E) tend to already be taken at that point.

I would take a quick look at the FP+ thread to get a basic sense of how it works so you can help your co-worker because FP+ is going to be a big part of trip planning.
