If you were thinking of skipping Anna and Elsa at Epcot, I advise you to reconsider.

We were there last week and thought about skipping it since we had met A&E several times before at MK, but since the posted wait was 15 minutes and we were there anyway, we decided to try it.

The Royal Sommerhus is the real attraction here. It is beautiful inside. It is worth the short wait to see, even if you have little to no interest in meeting the princesses.

We waited about ten minutes and really enjoyed walking through the house. It is very well done. Because the house is the queue, our ten minute wait was well spent admiring the design and detail of the house.

Everyone visiting Epcot should see it at least once.

Glad you enjoyed it. I have never met Anna and Elsa and have no interest, so will probably continue to skip it. I have no idea what the Royal Summerhus is supposed to be.

You can have my place in line. :) I've never seen Frozen, have no interest in seeing it or meeting the princesses, so I won't waste precious vacation time on something that doesn't interest me.

I have never met them either, and didn't think I wanted to, but because of all the reviews on here, I am happy to say I will be meeting them in September! I am 50+ and my daughter is 29, we have both read about it and are excited to see the Royal Summerhus, and meet Anna and Elsa. I'm so glad posters are letting others know how good this meet and greet is! Thank you!!

Great! We've met them last year in MK, so the interest in seeing the sisters isn't that high but it would be fun to see a new venue. Thanks for the heads up!

Dan

How was it such a short wait?? When did you go?

We met Anna and Elsa on Wednesday, July 6th. We had dinner reservations at 6:35 at Akershus and met the princesses when we were done around 7:45. The posted wait before we ate at Akershus was also 15 minutes. I think the wait at the Royal Sommerhus has generally been quite short. The week of July 3rd was also very low crowd, based on our previous trips. FEA was another story- we never saw waits below 75 minutes- but we had a fastpass for that and waited about 10 minutes for it.

Sshhh, I want to keep that wait low! ;)

Sheesh, just checked the Lines app and I'm seeing a 61 minute wait??? Looks like it was just copied over from FEA though. We're hitting it immediately after a PPO Akershus ADR as this princess does not wait in line for other princesses. :)
