Ann needs a little bit of pixie dust for her cruise tomorow!

Went and saw Ann tonight in Orlando and her adventure has already begun and she definatly could use some pixie dust. Apparently one suitcase never made it out of the shuttle to the airport. The suitcase contained her husband and son's dress shoes, shorts and all that type of important stuff. It's being overnighted for a nice price and they need to go pick it up beofre heading over the ship. I don't think this is the adventure they had in mind.

On a brighter note, we had a wonderful time even with the nippy weather! Ann is just as great in person as she is on the boards. We had a wonderful visit!

Poor Anne - she really needs this cruise. Sure hope all goes well with getting the suitcase in time. Good thing they flew in a day early. Can you imagine if that happened the day of sailing.

Now I have a question... Does anyone know if there are men's dress shoes onboard that could be rented, maybe from the tux company?? That'd be a shame for them to not have her DHs and DSs dress shoes for the formal nights

Suzanne - glad to hear that you got the meeting with Ann in, but how about that for lousy luck. Just scares me to think that something that important could get overlooked - talk about starting the cruise off lousy. Well, let's all just hope that this will be the only downer of the cruise and things straighten out for them.

Dress shoes would be the last thing I was concerned about - hey, weren't pirates barefoot!

The pixie dust helped, I just read on another post that their bag is on the ship with them. Nice to get the bad stuff out of the way early into the trip, now all will go well.
