Just got back from the Pop, and spent some time looking across hourglass lake. Are the hallways inside for most of the AoA buildings? Is the set farthest north like pop with outside walkways?

Yes and yes.

The buildings with the outside halways were originally built for Pop Century-The Legendary Years,but plans were eventually changed leading to the building of Art of Animation resort.
