Please help me to find directions to make animated siggies like the one with characters writing a name. I clicked properties and saw photobucket. I belong to photobucket but haven't had any luck searching for how tos. I really would like to learn how to do these myself as I'm teaching some kids to do creative work on the computer.TIA.

They aren't done "with" photobucket.. thats just a place to host the pics online and give then a URL (internet address).

You would have to ask someone that makes them what they use to do so.. there are quite a few programs that can be used for it.
