animal with the tanks

We are watching CNN. DW and I keep noticing an animal wandering around with the tanks. To us it looks like a cow. Of course nobody on cnn will talk about it. Any idea what the heck it is?

I take it these bedouin goats don't need water. LOL I'm amazed that they will walk right next to the tanks. I guess you need a little levity during times like these.

Now that you've refreshed my memory on how to spell it. LOL Look what I found:

The small black Bedouin goats, however, are not only able to go 2–4 days without drinking water, but are able to produce around 2 kg of milk a day (Shkolnik, Maltz and Gardin, 1980).
