Hello,

What is the proceedure for concierge check in after midnight. Is there someone still there from concierge at that time? How late can you order room service?

The AKL concierge desk is staffed until 9:00 (maybe 10:00). After midnight you will have to check in at the front desk. The good news is there will not be much of a line at that time.
