Does anyone know if Disney Weddings offers a wedding package at Animal Kingdom? We really would like to have our ceremony there.

Fairy Tale Weddings folks for a definitive answer. Only they can answer your question.
Now, with my disclaimer publicly stated, let me add the following.
I don't know if you're asking about the Animal Kingdom
Theme Park. If you are, in the past, portions of the park could be rented out
after-hours for private events. The price tag was on the high side, though, since it was mostly for corporate events.
For example, I have seen photos of how Disney set up for parties in the Harambe Village. It was stunning. And the entertainment sounded wonderful (tribal music, dancing, etc.).
I have the Animal Kingdom Theme Park stored safely in the back of my mind for my 25th wedding anniversary in a few years. I think an outdoor party there would be memorable beyond belief. My fingers are crossed that this venue is still an option.
