Animal Kingdom to DTD

Would the fastest way to DTD from AK be to take the AK Lodge bus to AKL and then grab DTD bus?

Take the first bus that comes, for one of these resorts: Animal Kingdom Lodge as you mentioned, All Stars, Port Orleans, Coronado Springs, Caribbean Beach, Beach Club/Boardwalk. These are all reasonably in line with Downtown Disney.

Still faster, take a taxi.
