We returned to DAK this week. Had to have that pulled beef sandwich out of Africa's Tamu Tamu. It was just as tasty as the first time around. Refreshing change from the everyday burger! Mint yogurt topping on flavorful beef with lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes! Yes, mighty tasty!!!

It is braised in a tomato based sauce, somewhat sweet, with chipotle heat. Kind of like a gyro with a different flavor profile! It really is tasty! Hope you enjoy! Didnt think to get pic this time around but will when we head back.

Yes, they replaced that burger...the new sandwich as well as the turkey sandwich are both served with homeemade chips.

Tamu sandwich sounds so good. What kind of seating do they have? Inside or outside?

Seating is outside around the back. It is a qsr type counter, Tamu Tamu, across from Tusker house. You won't be disappointed with this one...it rocks!
