Animal Kingdom Rope Drop

I am considering not using fast passes at AK and trying to ride at rope drop the Safari, Kali Rapids, and Everest and saving the FP for another park. I only want to do half a day at AK. I have the FP already, but wondering if I should trade in for an afternoon at Hollywood Studios instead if I could possibly trade out FP at this point. How bad is the crowd generally mid June at AK before 12? Do those rides see over an hour stand by times in the morning? Or would you just use FP?

That is exactly how we tour AK on every trip, except we do Dinosaur instead of Kali. We go straight to Safari (Unless we can snag an 8am Tusker House) go from Safari to EE (Never had more than a 15 minute wait) then head to Dinosaur and ride (usually under 15 as well) We're generally done with riding by 10:15ish, spend another hour or so exploring, and arrive at Epcot by 1 to start using our FPs.

This is how we did things last Saturday. We got KS, EE and KRR all done by lunchtime. KS was a 5 min wait. EE was 15 and KRR was 5 mins. Ended up riding KRR twice and went back and single rode EE again.
