Animal Kingdom PM EMH

Am heading down late November and was wondering how late Animal Kingdom stays open during their PM Extra Magic Hour. It states up to 3 hours after park closing (5pm in November). We have dinner ADR's at O'Hana's at 5pm and would like to do Animal Kingdom for a couple of hours after that. Will it be open until 8pm?

Thanks. Wanted to see AK at night and this is the only night we can go. I'm thinking we should be done with dinner by 6pm and will head straight to AK from dinner. When the list "up to 3 hours" it's hard to know if it is actually 3 hours or 1 or 2.

While AK remains open 3 extra hours for evening EMH, there's not a lot going on after the first hour. Most of the evening shows are scheduled for right as EMH begins. Personally, I really enjoy walking around AK after dark, checking out all the details that go unnoticed during the daylight hours.

I don't know how much of evening EMH you will catch with 5:00 ressies for O'Hana. I can't remember the last time we got seated there without a wait. Also, this is NOT a quick meal...at least not for my family!! Since my entire family loves Boma, we usually eat there AFTER evening EMH.

I love AK after dark! Here's a tip for seeing Tree of Life all lit up from a different perspective. Go on Triceratop Spin. I went on it 3 times in a row, without getting off, just because the views were so nice.
