Where does the parade in the Animal Kingdom start?

It starts in Africa and then proceeds to around Discovery Island around past Asia and ends back up where it began in Africa. A really good parade, a must see.

Thanks! Where do you suggest we watch the parade if we want to make a quick getaway after the parade? We have to rush to make a dinner at the Contemporary.

The only place to watch and make a quick getaway from the park looks to be on Discovery Island right by or next to the entrance to the Oasis, which is the only way out of AK.

We had to do the same yesterday for a 5PM PS at Boma... we stood right at the corner where the info board is (the one that tells the show times)... we were out of the park in about 3 minutes.
