So our guide called today and AKLV is officially selling as of today but only available to DVC members price is 101 a point and if you purchase 100 points or more you get an 8 dollar a point discount. If you buy 150 points or more in Feb you get your name put on a tapestry that will hang in the villas when completed. We will be able to book rooms starting Sept 1st and the property ends in 2057 so it is a full 50 years.

If I was interested in staying at AKV (on rented points from a DVC member) for one night in December,from what I understand , would they be able to make the ressie for me on June 6?

According to the point chart on the above mentioned thread, that would only be 8 points (value room) mid december during the week. Or 11 points for Sav view.

Yes they would be able to we are now awaiting our docs for a 50 point add on for AKLV our guide also confirmed CRV tonight. No other info about it other than it is going to happen but not for awhile.

Thanks we can't wait we are actually considering selling off our HHI points as we have never been there and really have no plans on ever going there then we will buy some BWV or more SSR points.
