Just curious to know what type of room you've booked and what you ended up with when you checked in. Vote for as many options as you've gotten.

I booked a Savanna view and got a Deluxe Savanna view. It was a surprise upgrade. We loved our room & view.

You forgot Club Level rooms.

I booked a Club room and got a Club room. (Savannah, they are all savannah.)

Ours was 2 years ago. We booked 2 pool view rooms and requested connecting with bunk beds. We got connecting with bunk beds savanna view.
We didn't ask for it just got it at check in.

I booked a Club room and got a Club room. (Savannah, they are all savannah.)

I wanted to book a club level room for my upcoming trip this October but was told through disney travel that they couldn't guarantee a savannah view with the club level rooms left. I preferred savannah view if i had to choose so we are sticking with that.

We booked a Savanah View and we were upgraded to a Savanah View Deluxe room. It had bigger room at the end of the hallway. It was wondeful. I asked the CM checking us in what made us get an upgrade for free? She said that the room was available during the two nights we were staying. And she said that Disney has everything in the computer that we've ever done. And since it was our third stay at WDW and we were therefore repeat customers, they gave us the free upgrade. Sweet!

We booked a standard and got a Deluxe pool room last July. I was surprised when we walked into the room. It was very nice with a king bed. Just outside our door was the main savannah so we felt we had the best of both worlds.

We went in October of 2005 and got an upgrade to Savannah from Regular room and we had two connecting rooms and got bunkbeds.

I'm in the "I booked a Standard View and got a Savanna View" category. We've been there twice booked with a standard view room and have been upgraded to Savannah view room.

AKL is really generous with the upgrades!!!

We will be at AKl on the Oct 7th. Hope we get a free upgrade. Current ressies are for a standard view room. Since this is our Disneymoon. Maybe we will get some sprinkled our way.

We booked a savannah view studio and they gave us a 1-bedroom savannah view. I assumed it was because we were only staying there one night, but we were still very happy with it.

Oh I forgot to comment on our bookings. I booked a Pool View last year and we were upgraded to Savanna. This year I booked a Standard View and we were upgraded to a Pool View.

We booked a standard view at Jambo and got upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa at Kidani!!!
