Is $88 per point for 120 point contract at animal kingdom lodge a good price?

It's April use year with all 2016 points available and 12 banked points from this year. Anything that was around $78-$80 didn't have any points available until 2017It depends on the number of 2014, 2015, 2016 points that the contract comes with and if you have to pay back 2015 annual dues or not

It truly was such a valuable resource for us when making an offer on a contract. We are currently in the process of closing on a fully loaded AKV contract with all points available from 2013 on for $85/pt; so $88/pt seems high to me. Best of luck with your search!

I passed on the $88 one and I'm trying to get one for 160 points at $75 per pointWay too high a price for a contract that big.
The good news for you is that AKV remain one of the most plentiful DVC resorts on the resale market. If that owner refuses to budge, move on.
So I got that listing at $75 per point. From what fidelity told me the seller was upset with no offers higher than that. I got the contract today. I think it's a good priceIt was amazing that I got that email just after this thread was posted, I am on their mailing list so I get emails from them all the time.
Good luck. I have dealt with Fidelity in the past and had good service with them, but there has been some staff turnover lately.
