I heard there is now section in animal kingdom with games(typical carnival games). Does anyone know how big this section is and how many games are available? Also is there an arcade?

Yes, too good to be true for them to be included! Most the games were like $2 each to play. We invested $10 in games, my son finally won on the last game, right at closing time. Made his trip though to get that tacky red dino!!
