Ok so I am planning some despite DH saying throw plans out the door ;)

I was wondering if we should take advantage of AK's evening EMH? The morning ones are on the last day of our trip and I realized I don't want to wait that long to see AK. The 2nd day of our trip offers the AK's evening EMH. We actually were thinking of going to AK now on our 2nd or 3rd day (tues or wed). What time should we get to AK if we want to use the EMH hours ? Should we just go at opening ?

I think we can do this:
Tues - AK
Wed - BB, MK (emh stays open until midnight)

I was thinking with MK's EMH we will have enough time to do everything.

On another note, MK only shows Spectro Tues and Fri. I've never seen it so maybe I won't miss what I don't see? I don't know if doing BB and MK on tuesday would make it rushed since 1 hour of MK's time will be for the spectro parade and wishes. After BB I anticipate not getting to MK until around 4-5 (needing to shower, ride the bus). However do you think BB and MK on tues is doable just to see Spectro? Or is the plan I have now easier to deal with?

What time is Spectro? We usually arrive on Saturday and sometimes go to MK just for Spectro, arriving at MK about 6:00-7:00 with Spectro at around 9:00. I've found that if Spectro is shown on a weeknight in off season, MK is very crowded the whole day. So I avoid MK on those days and just go at night for Spectro.

Spectro shows on Tues, Fri and Sat while we are there. On Sat we are going to Pleasure Island, so no time to run to MK and back to PI. I'd rather keep PI at the end of the vacation so the next day I can relax rather than having to go to a park. We aren't really heavy drinker but just being out until 2 AM and such makes it hard to get up the next morning and run around a park.

The shows start at 9 PM.

The other day on Fri happens to be EMH morning day at MK, so it may be crowded regardless.

On Friday we planned to go to IOA that day (DH must go). I've heard from the IOA / USF boards on a weekday you can get through it by around 3PM. If that's the case when we get back we may stop by MK to go to the parade then.

We did the evening EMH at AK during our trip in February. It was great! The park stays open from the usual closing time of 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. We didn't get there until around 7:00. (We had dinner at the Animal Kingdom Lodge that evening.) Anyway, we did all the rides in Dinoland USA with hardly any waiting. We rode on the Primeval Whirl several times! That is a fun, dizzying ride! It was too cool that night for us to go on the Kali River Rapids, but some kids on the bus going back to our resort said they rode it non-stop eight times.

It was also nice to see AK at night. It is a beautiful park, and seeing things lit up gave us a new perspective of it!

I would recommend taking advantage of EMH at AK!

Have a great trip!
